PAYMENT & AUTHORIZATION

All transactions must clear security verification.
Suspicious activity triggers automatic cancellation and access review.

PRICING & DUTIES

Pricing is calibrated in USD.
Applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the technician receiving shipment.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Once materials are transferred to the carrier, transit security and timing fall under carrier jurisdiction.
Arakawa Labs is not liable for delays caused by customs, third-party logistics, or global transport disruption.

Insurance protocols may be initiated at checkout where available.

AUTHENTICITY & ACCESS CONTROL

All units are serialized & integrated with our verification system.
Tampering, duplication, or unauthorized resale voids authenticity and may restrict future access to Arakawa facilities.

RETURNS & DEFECT RESOLUTION

Only defect-verified units qualify for return.
Inspection and serial authentication are required.
Worn, washed, or altered materials will not be processed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Logomarks, symbols, systems, lore, and interface language belong to Arakawa Labs™.
Reproduction or adaptation without clearance is prohibited.

ACCESS SYSTEM & FUTURE RIGHTS

Floor Access & clearance tiers are dynamic systems subject to evolution.
Material acquisition may influence access—but is not a guarantee of future privileges.

POLICY EVOLUTION

Protocols may update as the Lab expands.
Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance.
