All orders are processed and fulfilled directly by Arakawa Labs™.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

We ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, and DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched. Once the carrier accepts the package, delivery timelines and updates are controlled by the carrier.

Lost / Damaged Packages
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund eligibility will be assessed case-by-case.

International Orders
Duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Refused or returned packages due to unpaid duties are non-refundable.

Returns / Exchanges
All sales are final unless the product arrives defective.
