CANCELLATION CLEARANCE
All material orders are eligible for cancellation within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, all units enter processing and cannot be retracted.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns are only accepted under the following protocol:
   
Accepted: Verified manufacturing defects or quality issues

Not Accepted: Any product that has been washed, used, altered, or tampered with.

Return requests based on preference or fit are the responsibility of the customer.
     → You will bear the return shipping fee, along with customs fees (both inbound and
     outbound).

NOTICE
All items are serialized and tracked. Unauthorized return attempts will be void.

// Refunds //

I didn’t wAll materials leaving Arakawa Labs™ undergo precision inspection and quality control before shipment.
Due to the limited-series nature of our engineered products, refunds are not available.

Approved returns for verified quality issues will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged with an item of equal value.
This ensures every technician receives functioning, field-ready material while maintaining integrity of the production cycle.
